Circular economy
Thanks to the growing sensitivity towards renewable energy sources, in recent years many initiatives related to the production of green energy have been born. The Group has built 4 biogas plants for the production of both electricity and heat as well as a state-of-the-art biological organic fertilizer. Over the years it has also invested in photovoltaic energy by building 8 dedicated plants. With the operation of the aforementioned green plants the result has been achieved: energy deriving 100% from self-produced renewable sources.
